Dance festivities in
Prekmurje are not that different from those in central Slovenia.
Also, most folk dances are very similar to those danced in central
Slovenia. Sometimes, a strong Hungarian and partly Croatian
influence can be observed. In the current choregraphy we have joined
dances from Goričko: walz from Gorenjska, pajeriš, štajeriš and
čardaš. |
